You can use this companion without creating an account or giving us your email address.

Optional usage counts

If you choose Allow, we count the book section and action used, such as opening a hint or choosing a download. We store daily totals by book, entry link, resource and puzzle number. These usage totals do not contain a name, email address, IP address, visitor ID, full referral address or your puzzle notes.

We use the totals to improve the resources, not to identify you or show adverts. You can choose No thanks and every resource still works. Use Usage preferences to change your choice.

Daily usage totals are kept for up to 90 days. Recovery backups may keep them for up to seven more days.

What your browser remembers

After you choose, this browser can remember your usage preference. If you select “Remember my walkthrough place”, it also saves your puzzle number and walkthrough step on this device. This does not sync between devices or reach us.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. It receives technical information, including your IP address, when your browser connects. That is separate from our optional daily usage totals. We use no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

We receive your email address and the message you send so we can respond. Please send only the details needed for your question. Keep account passwords and payment details out of your message.
